The EUROSCI Network explores the opportunities of e-Learning for international university co-operation beyond traditional student and teacher mobility. It was born in 2016 as a network of international academic players that shared an interest in the scientific study of European integration. As it developed, the scope of the Network expanded to other topics and regions, and EUROSCI became a truly global network.
The activities of the Network include gathering and disseminating information on teaching and research methodologies; enhancing cooperation between different universities and other relevant institutions around the world; exchanging knowledge and expertise to improve good practices; promoting public and private sponsorship of teaching and research activities; and evaluating and verifying that the educational services and operations of partner and non-partner institutions meet relevant quality standards.
Recent initiatives include the organisation of a massive open online course of European integration with synchronous lectures and asynchronous seminar discussions across five different universities of the Network.
